Course: This one day, introductory course is aimed at those who need to acquire a basic understanding of options. The program will introduce basic terminology, characteristics and the concept of conventional options - puts and calls - as well as the risk/reward profiles. An overview of the pricing of options also will be provided, introducing the concepts of Delta, Gamma, Vega, Theta, and Rho - collectively called, "the Greeks". The course will introduce some basic options strategies, combining calls and/or puts, to achieve a market profile with specific risk, reward and break-even points.
