As a nonprofit educational foundation, we offer a variety of live courses, customized, in-house programs and Web-courses. REGISTRATION: IFM courses, excluding special events, are limited to approximately 15 persons and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment (or invoicing for approved firms) is required at the time of booking.

SUBSTITUTIONS, RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION: Substitute attendees are always welcome and changes may be made free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event with written notice or email info@theIFM.org.

To reschedule, contact the IFM at least ten (10) business days before the course date. Rescheduling less than ten (10) business days prior to the course date will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Please be aware that you may reschedule once.

Cancellations more than ten (10) business days prior to the course date receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee; cancellations made within 10 business days of the program date will be refunded 50% of the rate charged.

IFM suggests that you do not purchase nonrefundable tickets or restricted tickets for travel to attend a course more than two weeks prior to the scheduled course date in the event that changes to the date and/or location become necessary. In the unforeseen event of a course cancellation, the IFM assumes no liability for transportation, hotel or other travel expenses or fees incurred by the registrant.
